My fee is $150 for a 50-55 minute session. Payment is due at time of service.

I don’t accept insurance. However, many of my clients independently file for reimbursement with their insurance companies and I am happy to assist in providing the documentation your insurance provider needs. To learn whether your insurance covers our counseling sessions, call them and ask if they provide "mental health benefits for out-of-network providers." If they do, be sure to ask what information they require in a ‘superbill.’

Therapy is an investment. Still, I recognize that investment capability varies on income and life place. I am happy to provide reduced rates based on a sliding scale fee. I also offer reduced rates for students and clients sponsored by a scholarship through their church. If you desire treatment, but have concerns about cost, please reach out. Let’s find you care.

  • Absolutely not! As a 'Christian therapist', the hat I wear is that of a clinician, not pastor or evangelist. While I prefer to approach therapy from a Christian perspective, I respect my clients beliefs and tailor services accordingly. I follow my client's lead on how faith and spirituality is incorporated into the treatment process.

  • As the client, you have the freedom to end your treatment at any time. Some clients attend for just a few sessions. Others stay for months and years. In the first few sessions, we will collaborate on a treatment plan that considers frequency and length. Throughout treatment, I will regularly check in with you on your perception of progress towards treatment goals, re-evaluating the future need for therapy. It will be my job to work myself out of a job!

  • It can be daunting to make that first step towards counseling. Our consultation call offers a low-stakes step towards finding care. In our 15-minute call, I'll ask some general questions about what is pulling you to counseling and answer any questions you have about my approach, scheduling, billing, etc. If we find that we are not a good fit, I'll be able to offer you referrals to aim you in the right direction!

  • I accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, as well as cash or check if you come in person. I also accept FSA/HSA cards.

  • I require 24 hours notice for cancelling/rescheduling sessions. If you cancel within that 24 hour window, you are charged half of the session fee. The fee is waived on it's first occurrence, or for sickness and life-threatening events.
